We ship to countries all over the world and it is impossible for us to know all the rules as they differ from country to country. Mushtaree cannot be responsible for any delays or refusals caused by your Customs Service or the Courier Service. This is outside our control and delivery success is not guaranteed. In addition, shipping times are estimates only. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country are your responsibility. We do not pay any additional charges for customs, duties or otherwise.
If you decide to refuse your package because of these duty charges or if your customs office decides to refuse your package there is, unfortunately, nothing we can do about it. We will re-ship if you like, but you will have to pay the re-ship charges unless you paid for the optional insurance (see below for details). If you prefer we can refund your order, minus the shipping and handling fees. We strongly suggest you be familiar with your country's customs regulations.
