What are the rules and regulations of my local customs? Do I have to pay duties or taxes?

It is strongly recommended that you check with your local customs office. We ship to countries all over the world and it is impossible for us to know all the rules as they differ from country to country. Mushtaree cannot be responsible for any delays or refusals caused by your Customs Service or the Courier Service. This is outside our control and delivery success is not guaranteed. In addition, shipping times are estimates only. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country are your responsibility. We do not pay any additional charges for customs, duties or otherwise.

If you decide to refuse your package because of these duty charges or if your customs office decides to refuse your package there is, unfortunately, nothing we can do about it. We will re-ship if you like, but you will have to pay the re-ship charges unless you paid for the optional insurance (see below for details). If you prefer we can refund your order, minus the shipping and handling fees. We strongly suggest you be familiar with your country’s customs regulations.

How are my packages shipped and what are the costs?

We ship all packages within 1-3 business days (unless an item is out of stock and in that case you will be promptly notified) within 24 hours (on business days) . All our packages are shipped discreetly. 

 

CANADA SHIPPING/HANDLING COST:

Orders ship by weight and this is calculated using the Post Office Postage calculator.. 

 

GB SHIPPING/HANDLING COST:

Orders ship by weight and this is calculated using the Post Office Postage calculator (calculated upon checkout). Once in the UK your order will be handed over to Royal Mail.

 

EU SHIPPING/HANDLING COST:

Orders ship by weight and this is calculated using the Post Office Postage calculator.

 

ROW SHIPPING/HANDLING COST:

Orders ship by weight and this is calculated using the Post Office Postage calculator depending on country. 

USA SHIPPING/HANDLING COST:

Flat rate shipping of $9.99 – all shipping is tracked

How long will it take to receive my order?

As we have no control over the postal system, below are just estimates:

    • European countries: 6-28 business days.
    • Mid East countries: 8-42 business days
    • Asian countries: 8-42 business days
    • African countries: 8-60 business days
    • Canada & South American countries: 10-42 business days

    • United States: 4-10 business days – USA Guarantee: If your order does not arrive within 20 business days we will reship for free! 

 

 

Please be aware that this does not include customs clearance. For most orders there will be a quick delay but there are some orders that can be held for an undetermined amount of time.

What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?

Unfortunately we can take no responsibility or liability for orders not arriving once dispatched. If we are at fault in any way, we will be sure to re-ship your order at no cost to you (or offer a store credit). It is important for you to check your address on each order to make sure it is correct. If, at any time, you see an error, please contact our customer service team to have this rectified. Once the order ships it is too late to make any changes.

Important: We are unable to take any responsibility for non-delivery of the goods. Our responsibility ends when we pass your order to the carrier. The carrier’s responsibility ends when they attempt delivery, or if the goods are seized by customs. At that point responsibility shifts to you, the purchaser. If you fail to take delivery you must contact the carrier as soon as possible to arrange re-delivery or pickup.

We will only refund or reship per our refund policy if we receive the goods back in good condition. In short, you make orders at your own risk.

PLEASE NOTE:

In the rare event of an item not turning up, please bear in mind that the postal and courier service has clear rules for making enquiries into whether something is ‘lost’. We must abide by these rules. The Post Office will not entertain any inquiry until 28 working days after postage, starting from the day after the actual day of posting. For Trak Pak it is 60 business days. Both do not count weekends or public holidays as business days .They will not deal with our enquiry on your behalf until this time period has elapsed.

OPTIONAL INSURANCE:

If you selected the optional insurance at the checkout, we will reship your order free of charge if we receive it back to our warehouse. Otherwise if you wish to have your order reshipped, there will be the regular shipping and handling charge based on weight after we receive your returned parcel.

Alternatively we will refund your order minus the shipping and handling charge or provide store credit minus shipping and handling (reduced to 50% with insurance).

At our discretion we may also offer you an instore gift card. 

What happens if there are issues with the order I just received?

If you receive your order and there are any issues such as a wrong or damaged product, we will be happy to replace it at no charge to you. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will not accept any reported issues after 10 days of receipt of order.

Our return policy

We stand behind our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with any product, simply return it to us in its original unopened packaging for a full refund, less shipping charges, no questions asked. You have 10 days after receipt to make this decision.
